Call in to Platform 5 Monday to Friday 10am-4pm and speak to a member of the team

If you are from the Blackburn with Darwen area, and are calling out of office hours, please call Blackburn Council Housing Needs on 07739 454978 or visit their website

If you are from another local authority, please call your local council’s out of hours’ number-this can be found on their website in the housing section

Ring the shelter door bell and see if there is a room available, we are a direct access shelter!
