About Vision Linens
A world-leading textile company since 1866, VisionLinens products can be found around the globe. The company works with some of the world’s biggest names in retail and hospitality; from Next, QVC and Debenhams to IHG, Hilton and Accor. Their wide range of luxury bed, bath and table linen can be found in hotel rooms and department stores alike.
Community engagement is close to the heart of Vision’s activities. They take the environmental impact of their production seriously and actively work with suppliers to help them reduce consumption of resources as well as the impact of end of life textiles.
How and Why Vision Linens Support Nightsafe
Vision Linens first got involved with Nightsafe in 2021 with a donation of new bedding for their 25 young people in residential supported housing and 5 bedding sets for their emergency Night Shelter.
Since then, Vision has donated high-quality bedding samples, originally produced for customer tenders, which would otherwise go to waste. These hotel-standard items were instead given to Nightsafe, providing much-needed bedding for the charity’s accommodation facilities.
Vision has also provided bedding packs, including duvets, pillows, and occasionally items like dressing gowns, for young people when they stay at Nightsafe or move on to independent living
Daniel Lee, Vision Linens Group Financial director, became a trustee of Nightsafe in 2025 as he is passionate about the cause: “I felt a responsibility to help our community with a local Blackburn charity. The team at Nightsafe does incredible work, and I’m proud to support their efforts. By donating samples, everyone benefited.”
In 2024 Vision helped Nightsafe become a member of The Multibank a poverty and pollution fighting organisation that operates across Scotland, England and Wales by redistributing surplus goods from a variety of industries to local charities who would not have the infrastructure to gather this variety of donations independently. Charities, like Nightsafe can ‘Click and Collect’ items for free to ensure they get the items they need, and reduce waste in the process.
