We have some exciting news to announce!
From this day forward, CRE8 Project & Building Consultancy (Chartered Building Surveyors) shall be supporting our local Blackburn based charity Nightsafe.
Nightsafe, was established in 1990 and provides an invaluable service to our local community, caring, supporting and mentoring homeless young people between the ages of 16-24 across the Blackburn and Darwen borough.
Helping over 10,000 young people, their message is clear ‘Somewhere to Go, Somewhere to Stay, Someone to Talk to’. Here is a short video providing further information on the amazing work they provide across the Borough.
Our support to Nighsafe will be provided by contributing a percentage of all future instructions received. We feel this is most appropriate to ensure that as we grow as a business, our support for them also grows!
Discussing the new exciting relationship, William Rogers Director at CRE8 said, “We are thrilled to be able to support Nightsafe and the critical work they provide to our local community. As a local business, we feel it is crucial that we try to support the community that supports us! The work Nightsafe provide is invaluable and we can only hope that this enables others to follow suit”.
Jan Larkin Nightsafe Chief Executive said, “we are delighted to have this wonderful offer of ongoing support. It was great to spend time with Will and show him round our Shelter. This kind of support is invaluable”.
Without the help of our supporters, we wouldn’t be able to do what we do. Thank you to all our #NightsafeHeroes.

Anchor Avenue – Making A House A Home
Nightsafe needs your help – and we need it NOW! We are calling on businesses and individuals to transform a shell of a property into a bright modern home for five young people who have faced homelessness In a DIY SOS-style operation we are appealing for businesses and retailers to donate goods and furniture, trades and volunteers to offer their time; and monetary donations to help fund and furnish the project. The house in Anchor Avenue, Darwen, was bought by a generous supporter but is in dire need of renovation.
